Since 1968 Tony has been in the insurance arena as a personal producer and marketing manager. Since 1975 he has acted as a Master Brokerage Agency with emphasis on assisting agents in the field with products, selling ideas and general marketing assistance. Since 1980 The Weber Group of Companies has recruited in excess of twenty thousand (20,000) agents and continues to provide ongoing agent support through in house Personal Marketing Representatives. An ongoing commitment to new and innovative new generation products, services and technology with a commitment foremost to the field agent, The Weber Group continues its mission of giving the producing agent unparalleled products and services with top commissions.

Tony's hobbies are golf, reading, spending time with wife JoAnn, sons Ryan wife Angie childern Matthew and Katherine and Jonathan wife Michelle son Christian.

Ryan has been a life-long Minnesota resident. He attended St. Thomas Academy, graduating in 1996. From there, he studied economics at The University of Saint Thomas and the University of Minnesota. Ryan has been active in the financial planning industry for just over 13 years and has experience in field sales as well as agent support. Ryan specializes in advanced case design and is responsible for the marketing and sales support divisions of The Weber Group.

Ryan, his wife Angie live in St. Paul and spend their time with their son Matthew, daughter Katherine and their two dogs.

Jon is Tony's youngest son. He was born and raised in Minnesota where he graduated from St. Thomas Military Academy. He then moved on to the University of Minnesota, and finished his schooling at KRS computer and business school. Jon, his wife Michelle live in Eagan and spend their time with their son Christian and their two dogs Cody and Riddick.

Jon is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and his main duty is to develop and implement strategies that harness the power of current technologies to enhance the productivity and efficiency of TWG's workforce.

Karen is happily married, and has been for 44 years. She has been working with TWG for 13 years. Her favorite thing to do is spend time with her children and grandchildren. She also likes to garden, raising both vegetables and flowers. She enjoys activities such as ceramics, sewing, and the occasional round of golf.

Greg was born and raised in eastern Montana and has been in Minnesota and with the Weber Group for the past 6 years. Greg is single and has two adult daughters living in the area. He enjoys golf, and Minnesota summers.
